In 2004, Trillium engaged Cygnus as their full service wayfinding partner. Cygnus undertook an in-depth discovery process in order to fully understand Trillium’s needs and goals, their operations and their brand—the result was a thorough master plan document. Cygnus followed through with the schematic and design phases, producing a comprehensive wayfinding package for Trillium’s two locations. The Cygnus team successfully managed a phased implementation process and continues to provide highly effective ongoing program management, responding to the constant changes and information reassignment that are typical of health care environments. The team has made it their first priority to act in the best interests of Trillium, applying lessons learned and fully integrating the management process with Trillium operations. The functionality of the program is extremely well suited to the Health Centre. The system has been a tremendous success and has proven it’s longevity both with respect to materials and process.
