Cygnus was chosen by Toronto Rehab to design, develop and provide tender administration services for their five campus locations. The sites vary from a large hospital complex in downtown Toronto to smaller clinics nestled in community settings. Early on in the process, Cygnus was able to identify and propose solutions for a range of issues that inhibited visitors from easily accessing TRI sites. Our team addressed an added interim phase requiring temporary signage during a major renovation at the University Centre Campus.  The process has resulted in a successful wayfinding strategy that effectively guides patients, staff and visitors through the Centre and is adaptable to the different requirements of each location. The project team has responded to a range of additional scope requests on time and within budget, developing a strong partnership with TRI staff.
