Cygnus was selected by Plenary Health as part of the successful P3 consulting team for the Niagara Health System Project. The new hospital construction consolidates several hospitals into a single site with the goal of modernizing health care in the Niagara region. Cygnus was engaged early on to research and develop a best practice document for wayfinding in health care. Our project team has carried this researched process through to the successful development of a comprehensive signage and wayfinding standard for the NHS site. Cygnus was successful in meeting the many unique requirements of both health care environments and the P3 project process.
